We strive to make every element of your experience at Indian Lake B&B the very best that it can possibly be and the food is certainly no exception. Chef David is a seasoned culinary professional Red Seal chef with training both here in Canada and also at the highly acclaimed Culinary Institute of America in New York state. Chef David’s career has Included such recognizable names as The Four Season’s, Hyatt Regency and The Boathouse not to mention 23 years as a Culinary Arts educator where he was able to mold an guide the careers of many of todays best chefs.

Our daily breakfasts are all included in our nightly rates and we offer two incredible evening dining choices, which are; Friday evenings Deluxe Tapas Board and Saturday evenings 5 or 6 course gourmet dinners, which are not to be missed if you are a foodie at heart. These offerings can be purchased separately at an additional cost or you can book an all inclusive weekend which includes everything including wine with dinner. All of our food is prepared from scratch using only the very best local ingredients made available to us in this part of the country.
